As we set out to explore Thatto Heath on this crisp January morning, the sun rises over the horizon, casting a warm glow over the town. Our day begins in the charming town center, where we'll find the perfect spot to start our day with a delicious breakfast. The local café, The Heath, serves up a mean full English breakfast, complete with crispy bacon, eggs, and toast. Be sure to arrive early, as the café can get busy, especially on weekends. To get here, take the bus from St Helens town center, which takes around 20 minutes, or drive and park in one of the many car parks available. After fueling up for the day, we'll take a short stroll to the nearby Thatto Heath Park, where we can take in the beautiful scenery and get some fresh air.
